Before you write
Most questions about fees, requirements and the process are answered in the FAQ, the admissions guide and the fees guide.
What to include in your message
A short message with these details lets us give a useful answer the first time:
- the course you want to study, for example medicine or dentistry, and the year you hope to start;
- your school-leaving qualification, the subjects you took and your grades so far, or when your results are due;
- the country you live in, and the country where you hope to work after graduating;
- any universities you are already considering;
- your question, in your own words.
Please do not attach passport scans, certificates or other documents. We do not need them at this stage, and email is not the place to send them.
What we can and cannot help with
We can answer questions about choosing a course, reading a university fee schedule, the entry requirements to check, the documents to start gathering and the stages of an application. Where a university's facts have not yet been verified from its official pages, we tell you so.
We are an independent service: we are not part of any university or government body, and we cannot guarantee admission, a visa or recognition of a qualification. Admission decisions are made by the university, and recognition by the regulator in the country where you plan to work. See what we do and our independence and referral disclosure.
